Supervisors’ Training Day with Ed Kessler, Director of the Woolf Institute

We are looking forward to our annual training ministers’ and supervisors’ training day.

As every year, we have a key note speaker who will lead a morning session. This year we are pleased to announce that this will be Dr Ed Kessler, MBE, of the Woolf Institute (for further information see his profile: http://www.woolf.cam.ac.uk/people/dr-edward-kessler-mbe). Woolf Institute is recognised internationally for its expertise in researching and understanding relations between Jews, Christians and Muslims. Ed is the founder and director of the institute and an authority on inter faith relations, both as practitioner and author. Ed is going to speak interfaith relations at local, national and international levels.

After lunch there will be sessions on practicalities and sharing good practice.

This is an important event in ERMC’s annual programme. Training ministers and supervisors play an integral part in ERMC’s training programme and so forming community, fostering mutual support and sharing good practice are some ways in which we support them in their important ministry.
